RAAS Real-Estate and RAAS RIGHTS Property Management is a web-based organisation offering both Resort accommodation and sales and the sale of management property rights throughout South-East Queensland

At A Glance
Stella Concepts built the entire RAAS RE and RAAS RIGHTS backend management system, including:

Admin area to manage clients, listings, complexes, leads and sales, newsletters, regional management and more

Regional logins allowing franchisee's to manage their subset of the listings, sales and leads

Member logins to allow individual listings to list their buildings and properties for sale or accommodation

The Problem
RAAS had a business model that proved effective, however for growth required the construction of a central place of business management able to be accessed by RAAS Staff, Franchisee's, clients and ultimately leads for potential sales.

RAAS Administration
RAAS RIGHTS and RAAS Real-Estate administration systems give RAAS the ability to control member accounts, email marketing, sales registers and lead management plus the website content in general.

The RAAS administration systems allows RAAS management to control every aspect of their web-strategy that technical support is entirely nullified.

RAAS Regions
RAAS Regions allows franchisees to take control of their portion of the overall RAAS content management and general marketing and lead generation activities. RAAS Regions is basically the regional subset of the RAAS Administration functionality.

RAAS Members
RAAS members area allow property owners/managers to update their listings of properties and buildings and manage the leads generated as a result of the RAAS set of websites. RAAS members area is a functional, yet intuitive interface to allow even the least technical of users to make the most of their subscription to RAAS.
