Apple / NCSS
Working in conjunction with our Sydney partner, Simply, Stella Concepts worked with Apple and their sole iPod repairer, NCSS, to provide a solution for managing the repair process for their devices. This solution has been rolled out and is in operation in every Harvey Norman, Myer,Target, K-Mart, JB Hi-Fi, David Jones, Bing Lee, Clive Peters and Big W stores nation wide. The repair management system integrates and communicates between the Apple Warranty/Repairs servers and the NCSS repair database. This allows both Apple and NCSS to view repair progress in real-time. Each store can track the progress of their repairs for instant feedback to customers. |
